We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to lead our team, grow our enrollment, and create an exceptional learning environment for children and families. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. Support and mentor teachers to maintain high-quality educational standards. Develop and implement strategies to grow enrollment and build community relationships. Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for children, staff, and families. Maintain accurate records, budgets, and schedules. Handle parent inquiries, concerns, and enrollment processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field . Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare management or a leadership role in an early childhood setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for early childhood education. Knowledge of state childcare regulations and best practices. Why Join Us?
