Additionally, enjoy Life insurance benefits and discounts on Auto, Home, Renter's, and Pet insurance.-   Competitive Compensation  – Quarterly bonuses based on performance included! **Residency in the state of WA required, preferably in the Olympia area** Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the Project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maintained. - Act as the primary contact for the state client - Ensure program operations are in compliance with all applicable requirements of the contract, as well as State and federal regulations. - Ensure goals and objectives are established by Project Manager that support the overall Project strategies. - Oversee all project administrative operations including budget, financial controls, and human resources. - Plan, develop and schedule priorities for achieving operational and performance goals. - Review management, productivity, and financial reports and studies to ensure program objectives are met. - Participate in internal audits, research studies, forecasts, and modeling exercises to support Project direction and guidance. - Manage operational managers, to include performance appraisals, mentoring, and professional/development guidance. - Demonstrate a high level of dedication and proactive leadership in meeting corporate goals and program objectives. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. - Perform as a key member of senior management team responsible for meeting cost, schedule, and quality requirements of the project. - Oversee all contract administrative functions including budget, financial controls and contract compliance. - Maintain up-to-date and accurate knowledge with all applicable statutes, regulations and contractual requirements. - Ensure the project is in compliance with all applicable regulations and ensure all program/client services are effectively and efficiently delivered. - Establish and maintain a productive relationship and effective communications with all Maximus clients and other stakeholders, advocates and interested parties. - Responsible for all profit and loss activities including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and review. - Develop and monitor staffing strategy to meet all performance objectives required of the contract. - Monitor project performance goals and objectives. - Manage all direct report subject matter experts. - Work closely with functional managers to ensure project delivery and quality. - Oversee quality assurance and manage any necessary corrective actions to ensure consistent application of laws, regulations, policies and procedures pertinent to the project. - Propose changes in policy and procedure to improve processes and ensure contract compliance. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required. Program Specific Requirements :- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree- Experience in state based Health Benefits Exchange required- Knowledge of Medicaid programs required- Call Center experience preferred- Experience managing budgets for large scale healthcare programs or Health Benefits Exchange preferred- Must live in the state of WA, Olympia preferred- Willing to work onsite in our Olympia, WA office as needed- Willing to travel within the state and to other states as needed occasionally#HumanServices #LI-Hybrid #maxcorp #HotJobs0930LI #HotJobs0930FB #HotJobs0930X #HotJobs0930TH #TrendingJobs
