The Management Trainee/Program Director role is a full-time position within the gym's leadership team. Responsibilities include overseeing gym operations, recruiting, training, developing staff, building and retaining a member base, leading classes, providing excellent customer service, and establishing community partnerships through marketing. Essential Job Functions: Teach engaging classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods. Lead a high-performing team through recruiting, training, developing, and rewarding. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional member experience. Manage day-to-day gym operations. Promote The Little Gym program to new customers by ensuring quality classes and excellent customer experience. Develop community partnerships and represent The Little Gym in the community. You'd fit in here if: You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy having fun. A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is a plus. You have experience managing and leading others. Kids like you, and parents appreciate you too. You were voted most likely to be in a good mood in high school. You are flexible with working days, evenings, and weekends, with a generally consistent schedule.
