Overview Program Director role at our new The Dalles Treatment Center located at 509 Mount Hood St, Ste 200, The Dalles, OR 97056. Opening November 2025. Salary range: $70k-$85k depending on experience.

Center Hours: 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Monday–Friday and 6:00–10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Your Role
Supervise the daily operations of the opiate treatment program, including direct supervision of center staff and performance in operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service.
Schedule and directly supervise staff, oversee staff training and professional development, and supervise delivery of treatment services.
Evaluate clients’ progress, implement company policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to state, federal, and accrediting agency regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and mentoring to staff who report to the Program Director.
Execute and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual training programs for staff and for leaders (e.g., Counselor Supervisor, Nurse Supervisor, Medical Director, Office Manager).
Coordinate training and audit efforts with internal and external experts and teams.
Moderate weekly team meetings, treatment team meetings, and staff crisis intervention meetings.
Serve as Corporate Compliance Officer for the center.
Maintain the treatment center and related infrastructure to high standards.
Resolve urgent and emergent issues before, during, and after regular office hours.
Monitor treatment program performance by maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage treatment center revenue collections to achieve target collection rates and manage expenditures per budgeted allowances.
Monitor schedule adherence to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
Report work-related injuries, illnesses, hazards, or security issues to HR and ensure timely documentation.
Ensure staff are qualified with appropriate education, credentials, and training; maintain licensure/certification as required by authorities.
Ensure staff are trained and familiar with the Company’s P&P manual as it relates to compliance.
Monitor program and staff compliance through testing, audits, surveys, and coordination of audits with internal and third-party teams.
Prepare for and meet annual accrediting reporting requirements.
Drive Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives at the center.
Assist in marketing and outreach plans.
Develop and maintain a robust referral network for client support and partner agencies.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensure as an LPN or RN in Oregon or as a certified counselor (CADC I, II, or III).
5 years of experience in addiction & dependency treatment in an opiate treatment program with 1 year of administrative experience, OR 4 years with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR 3 years with a Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
CPR Certification (CPR-C) and compliance with federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances.

Current driver’s license.
