Western Secure Treatment Unit (WSTU) is a secure post-adjudication facility that provides comprehensive services to young men (14-21), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a vocational CTE student work training program, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the young men. Pay : $90,000-$115,000 annually

What you will do: The Program Director is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies, procedures, and applicable laws. The Director manages daily site operations including budgeting, administration, program elements, promotions, marketing, staff development, and training. This role provides administrative oversight, serves as a Senior Manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Board, leads the site management team, and ensures that the Mission and Values of ROP are upheld in all organizational facets.
To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS Degree in a related field (Master's preferred), have at least four years of experience in residential facility management, be at least 21 years old, and be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (note: THC testing is no longer required pre-employment), physical, and TB test. Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry is also required.
