Program Director - Transformation

The Program Director, Transformation is responsible for leading and governing large, complex enterprise programs that drive strategic, operational, and digital transformation across Strada’s global organization. This role connects strategy with execution, translating enterprise priorities into actionable programs that deliver measurable outcomes across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.* Own program financials, including financial modeling, resource forecasting, and P&L impact tracking.* Develop and maintain business cases and ROI models to track realized and projected benefits (e.g., productivity, cost-to-serve, efficiency gains).* Partner with Finance and functional leaders to ensure benefits are quantified, validated, and embedded in ongoing financial performance.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 10–15 years of experience in program or transformation management, including enterprise-wide initiatives across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.* Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation programs within global or matrixed organizations.* Strong background linking strategic planning, financial modeling, and operational transformation.* Deep understanding of transformation governance, change management, and value realization frameworks.* Experience establishing or operating within a Transformation Office or Enterprise PMO.* Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills—able to distill complex information into concise, compelling narratives for senior audiences.* PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, or equivalent certification preferred.* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across diverse, multicultural environments.* Proficiency with program management and analytics tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or equivalent).* Willingness to travel up to 25% based on organizational needs.Pay Transparency Statement: Strada considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
