Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience providing services to children, youth, and families. We are seeking an experienced and LICSW independently licensed clinician for the role of Program Director to help lead our growing Outpatient Telehealth team!

This is a fully REMOTE, telehealth opportunity!

The Program Director will serve as a supervising therapist and contact for our clients and assist in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient telehealth team. The Program Director will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content, implementation of treatment plans, and provide supervision to clinical staff for licensure.

The Program Director will carry a caseload of approximately 13 hours in addition to their supervisory responsibilities.
