  • Strengthen evaluation systems to define and measure key performance indicators and organizational impact.
  • Lead post-program debriefs and synthesize feedback from participants, facilitators, and team members.
  • Supervise the Database & Impacts Coordinator in gathering and presenting evaluation data.
  • Apply findings to inform program development, storytelling, and strategic planning.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance for a small but growing team, including staff and contractors.
  • Offer feedback, coaching, and professional development support to ensure team alignment and effectiveness.
  • Support long-term team development, including hiring, onboarding, and internal growth, to strengthen program capacity and leadership in alignment with organizational strategy.

Partnership & Resource Stewardship

  • Manage program budgets and ensure responsible allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue funding and partnership opportunities.
  • Represent program needs in grant reporting, organizational planning, and cross-departmental discussions.
  • Monitor peer organizations and sector trends to inform program direction and innovation.
