Overview To qualify for this job you need to have at minimum: LMSW with 7 years Supervisory experience Knowledge of and experience working in child serving systems Communication and leadership skills Excellent written, verbal and computer skills Flexible work schedule to accommodate program needs Valid NYS Driver's License in good standing Physical Requirements: ongoing access to reliable vehicle and driving own vehicle for work, be willing to attend home visits, work from various HFY locations, and conferences as needed read/write reports and log entries, walking/standing, bending/stooping, kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, repetitive wrist/finger movements, routinely lift 10lbs and occasionally lift to 50lbs.
