Title: Supportive Services Program Director
Summary
Responsible for overseeing and supervising all aspects of Ryan White Part A, Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE), and Housing Opportunity for Persons with HIV (HOPWA).

Essential Functions
- Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for program staff.
- Oversee all program operations to ensure compliance with agency policies, federal and state regulations, and funding source requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual program budgets in alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead grant writing and funding development efforts to maintain and expand program resources.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans for all programs under supervision.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of program staff.
- Review and approve timecards, payroll adjustments, and related EZ Labor functions.
- Serve as a liaison between community partners, organizations, governmental agencies, and funding entities.
- Actively participate in agency management meetings and serve on the Quality Enhancement Committee.
- Maintain required professional certifications, licenses, and training hours.
- Identify, analyze, and address programmatic challenges, implementing solutions to improve service delivery.
- Provide 24-hour on-call support for program-related emergencies.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by senior leadership.

Supervisory Responsibility
Supervise Ryan White EHE, and HOPWA Staff Members
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required. Minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities and at least three years of supervisory experience. Experience in HIV/AIDS services, housing programs, and federally funded programs is preferred.
