Great supervisory opportunity with Unity House of Troy's Domestic Violence Housing Program!

Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations and financial management of a large non-residential housing program for victims/survivors of domestic violence.

Direct supervision of staff and assist with case management.

Provide trauma informed care to individuals entering the program.

Oversee multiple grant-funded programs.

Maintain data collection/reporting.

Assist with other support services as needed.

Promote an environment inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in human service related field and/or 3+ years of experience in Human Services. Previous experience working with victims of domestic violence or similar population a plus. Previous supervisor roles preferred. Must have a reliable form of transportation, Valid NYS driver's license.
