We seek an experienced Revenue Operations Expert for our Advisory Services team as a Senior Program Architect. This role involves supporting internal GTM teams and working directly with customers, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-sales success. Responsibilities include consulting on RevOps best practices, operationalizing GTM strategies, and promoting adoption of Gong’s technologies. This is a billable, customer-facing role requiring collaboration across teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor on revenue operations strategy and process optimization.
Design and facilitate executive workshops to define revenue models using Gong and integrated technologies.
Consult on adoption of conversation intelligence, pipeline management, and forecasting tools.
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to align goals.
Translate complex challenges into scalable solutions, influencing strategy and product development.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping and strategic recommendations.
Create executive deliverables like roadmaps and presentations to communicate value.
Share RevOps best practices internally to enable teams.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance consulting capabilities.
Qualifications
8+ years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or GTM consulting.
Expertise in RevOps processes and tech stack, including CRM, conversation intelligence, sales engagement platforms, automation, and forecasting tools.
Proven advisory experience with B2B sales and marketing teams.
Excellent communication and influencing skills at the executive level.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at global organizations.
Background supporting SaaS companies, especially at growth or enterprise scale.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; MBA a plus.
Willingness to travel for client engagements.

The salary range is $130,900 - $192,000 USD, based on experience, skills, location, and other factors. Compensation may include bonuses, equity, and benefits. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of compensation expectations.
