This role maps to some of our most cutting edge and innovative experiences across Horizon worlds and Meta Avatars.The right individual will be an exceptional collaborator and communicator, capable of working across multi-disciplinary teams across the business, and a strategic thinker who can identify meaningful business opportunities and sell them into partner teams to drive towards shared goals. They are a strong manager of managers and individual contributors, and have a passion for shaping the next generation of social experiences. Product Marketing Director, Meta Horizon Responsibilities Lead a high performing team of product marketers, managing team performance and supporting career development and growth Manage the Meta Horizon consumer product experience Partner with product leadership to influence product and business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities Work hands-on with key stakeholders to advance project milestones and drive product market fit, including but not limited to prioritizing audience use cases and needs, identifying and sizing key markets to target Design and lead go-to-market strategy, communications, and execution in partnership with key stakeholders, such as Product Management, Marcom, Communications, and Product Growth teams to ensure we achieve our business goals and objectives Consistently build productive internal partnerships, influence, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy Builds a trusting organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of experience in marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field 10+ years of experience in product marketing developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams Experience managing a high volume of complex and ambiguous programs, with significant self-direction Experience creating market requirement documents, including audience definition, positioning statements and value propositions Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, adapting, spotting issues early, and escalating Experience building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, to shape multi-year product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies Experience building, launching, and scaling products and bringing products to market Experience identifying and analyzing complex, long term, critical problems facing the relevant areas of the business and drove solutions for them Demonstrated balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework Preferred Qualifications MBA or related Masters degree or equivalent experience General manager experience driving business growth Prior experience with games, gaming, or consumer mobile applications Experience leading, developing and motivating a diverse multidisciplinary team across geographical regions Experience and/or domain knowledge in metaverse, social gaming, augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms For those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.
