About the RoleWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Director to drive Member Engagement and lead end to end product strategy. You will leverage our suite of product offerings across Lending (Personal loans, Auto refi, Purchase Finance), Banking, DebtIQ (credit monitoring), Digital App, etc. and orchestrate optimal customer journeys by segment and channel.

This includes identifying an optimal cross sell, offer hierarchy and rotation strategy. Product Marketing is the heartbeat of the company and the voice of the customer; you will keep the organization connected to our member needs through research and analysis to ensure we continually innovate to serve them best.
This is a highly visible role that requires partnership with leadership across business lines, marketing, product, engineering, risk and finance. This is a great opportunity for someone with demonstrated Product and Growth-marketing experience, and who is excited to build upon the current capabilities for one of the company’s most important growth vectors.What You'll Do Be the Voice of the Members Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product and marketing strategy Partner with the brand team to define an d optimize Membership value proposition and build go -to-market strateg ies across channels and customer segments Drive continuous product iteration through research, testing, and customer feedback to enhance positioning and value delivery Lead Strategy & Execution Lead development and execution of marketing strategies to increase adoption of products like DebtIQ , mobile app engagement, and cross-buying across lending and banking solutions Define and manage annual and quarterly engagement roadmaps aligned to KPIs (e.g., app downloads, MAU, product-per-member growth Collaborate with channel owners, product, and marketing ops to build integrated campaigns and GTM plans that ensure cohesive execution and innovation Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, including funnel performance, new feature rollout, and in-app engagement, in collaboration with the product team Produce compelling content to promote LendingClub’s products, services, and member benefits. Champion personalization and data-driven marketing to deliver relevant, timely member experiences Innovation Collaborate with product and marketing teams to evolve membership offerings and translate marketing needs into actionable product requirements Partner with product leadership to develop member centric experiences that reward and recognize member loyalty Leadership Lead cross-functional teams through change, growth, and innovation cycles with clear goal setting across product lines and channels Establish strong cross-team engagement models and measurement frameworks to drive alignment and flawless execution Compliance Champion compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and internal policies across all product marketing initiatives, messaging, and collateral. This includes working proactively with legal, compliance, and risk teams to gain necessary approvals and ensure continuous adherence About You 10+ years of relevant marketing management experience including research, positioning, messaging, and product launches in a B2C environment. Financial services experience a plus 8+ years of experience in big product/performance marketing, cross-sell and lifecycle marketing experience Passionate for driving growth through innovative product management and GTM strategies, and for solving complex problems Experience driving app download and engagement strategies Demonstrated data-driven decision-making used to drive adoption and inform positioning and go to market strategy Demonstrated ability in driving engagement and repeat business from existing customer base Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans/tactics across a cross-functional matrix organization Exceptional leader with ability to prioritize competing demands, opinions and maximize team performance A compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset; you have deep experience engaging and educating a senior executive audience Have excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills An ability to sell ideas well through creative and innovative presentations Bring extraordinary social skills; ability to build positive relationships with cross-functional team members and lead through influence A high-energy and willing attitude—you love to jump in and help wherever you can Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus Work Location San Francisco
We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Compensation The target base salary range for this position is157,000-180,000.The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings),equity , and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offeredare determined by role, experience level and location.
