About the role Product Line Director for Global Remanufacturing and Aftermarket will be responsible for leading and managing the product line strategy, development, and execution for Nexteer's remanufacturing and independent aftermarket business. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in automotive product management, strategic planning, and business development. The focus of the position is to maximize revenue and profitability for the US and Mexico Divisions through a proven portfolio and develop a strategy for the EMEASA Division to capitalize on aftermarket growth opportunities. Significant travel requirements (~25%) throughout US, Mexico and Europe. Key Responsibilities As a Product Line Director- Reman/After Market, you will be responsible to: Develop and implement the product line strategy for Global Remanufacturing and Aftermarket business. Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, launch, and lifecycle management. Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. Manage product portfolio, pricing, and profitability to achieve business objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners. Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team. Maximize revenue and profitability for the US and Mexico Divisions through a proven portfolio. Develop a strategy for the EMEASA Division to capitalize on aftermarket growth opportunities. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive product management, remanufacturing, or aftermarket business. Proven track record of successful product line management and business development. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
