Procurement Director - Corporate Services HUNT VALLEY, MD, US, 21031 McCormick, a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments, is seeking a Procurement Director - Corporate Services for our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Position Overview: Lead strategy, management, and thought leadership for Corporate Services categories, including Marketing, HR, Professional Services, and Contingent Workers. Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with regional and global business objectives, and provide input on strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: Manage a global procurement team, develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs and mitigate risks. Align category strategies with regional and business strategies through collaboration and onsite visits. Engage with senior stakeholders to implement strategies and reduce SG&A spend. Lead process harmonization, change management, and act as an internal consultant. Manage large global supplier relationships across categories. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or 15 years of procurement leadership experience. At least 10 years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global supply chains. Knowledge of commodity markets and supply chain optimization. Excellent communication and project management skills.
