Requirements include a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and multi-site leadership experience. Primary Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of a private preschool, including health and safety, enrollment, financial wellness, staffing, training, campus management, and high-quality education and care. Maintain strong relationships with families, faculty, and vendors. Manage budgets/forecasts, licensing, and marketing initiatives. Cultivate and maintain a safe, enjoyable culture in a fast-paced environment. Perform all essential functions for each position in the school, including leadership roles, teachers, Food Service Teachers, and Bus Drivers. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field. 3-5 years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility. Multi-site leadership experience. Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Experience overseeing preschool operations, including human resources, quality assurance, and facilities. Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain staff. Strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
