What Youll Do: Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering a positive and engaging workplace. Ensure compliance with all Licensing regulations. Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community. Manage daily operations , including scheduling, staffing, and enrollment growth. Conduct tours and showcase why our school is the best choice for families. Create a culture where learning, laughter, and development go hand in hand. What You Need: Bachelors Degree in a related field (Required). 5+ years of childcare experience & 2+ years in a leadership role (Required). The ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. A passion for early childhood education and supporting teachers & families . Ability to pass a background check .
