Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to location staff and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as directed by post orders; Monitor access points and observe individuals entering and exiting the location, verifying authorization when required and/or directing visitors to appropriate check-in procedures; Complete timely reports of observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activity, and communicate relevant information to supervision according to post orders
