• Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • No weekend or after-hours call required.
• Practice Setting: Inpatient focus with daily volumes averaging 10-15 cases.
  • Heavy focus on small GI biopsies.
  • Approximately 1 cancer case per week.
• Support System: Access to consulting pathologists located approximately 45 minutes away, with a courier service for case reviews.

• Grossing and cutting frozen sections.
• Specialties required include:
  • GI, GU, Neuropathology, Dermatopathology, Cytology (GYN and Non-GYN).
• Minimal autopsy work (non-forensic).
• Solo practice environment.

• Board Certification: Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
• Licenses: Active California medical license and Fluoroscopy certification.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
