The selected candidate(s) will be responsible for continuum quality routine patient care and rehabilitation to our patients. Essen Health Care specializes in providing quality care in our communityYour responsibilities would include, but not limited to the following:Examines, diagnoses and treats patientsEnsures fulfillment of Essen Healthcare commitment for ensuring quality careDiagnoses and treats variety of diseases in general practiceExamines patients, using medical instruments and equipmentCollects, records and maintains accurate patient informationDocuments items such as: past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and planOrders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's conditionAnalyzes reports and findings of tests and of examination, and diagnoses conditionAdministers or prescribes treatmentsOrders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment planVaccinates patients to immunize patients from communicable diseasesAdvises patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of diseaseConsult with appropriate medical specialist when necessary; refer patient to subspecialists within networkThe successful candidate will have the following
