Per Diem, Part Time Physician (contracted) provides primary care to all patient populations in a Joint Commission certified clinic integrated with behavioral health services and operating as a patient-centered medical home. The services include but are not limited to providing physical examination; diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications as needed by the patient population; ordering lab and diagnostic work; coordinating with the Primary Care Director and the Pharmacists in the ordering, storage and administration of medical supplies and medications; providing oversight to the Physicians Assistant/Registered Nurse Practitioners and consulting with medical specialists.
