Enterprise Medical Recruiting is searching for a Family Medicine physician to join a multi-specialty medical group with a happy and cohesive team of 20+ providers in Lancaster, California.

Opportunity Details

• Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm - No Call ( 4-day workweek possible )
• New graduates will receive tremendous support and be mentored by seasoned primary care physicians
• Option for additional shifts to generate additional revenue (Urgent Care, Hospital)
• On-site Radiology, Laboratory, PFT Lab, Pharmacy, 24-hour Urgent Care, Infusion Center, Oncology, Podiatry, Rheumatology, and Pain Management Departments
• Guaranteed base in the $250K range with performance bonuses up to 10% of base
• Potential for signing bonus and/or resident stipend
