Summary:

Will participate in the operations of an out-patient physical therapy clinic including patient care, functional abilities testing (“lifts”), administration, confidential medical record management and office maintenance/cleaning. Will work with other center level leaders from sales, operations, and medical to help promote company initiatives and center colleague engagement. Additional duties including but are not limited to the following: streamline center level patient care and treatment models, foster business growth, educate and assist staff in achieving standards of patient care as well as business metrics, and communicate with local businesses regarding company advantages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient evaluations, develop care plans, supervise staff, and maintain documentation per state PT regulations.
  • Conduct job function and lift/fit assessments to ensure safe task performance.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, staff onboarding, mentorship, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and handle insurance authorizations and records.
  • Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment care, and supply management.
  • Lead and supervise all PT staff; collaborate with clinic leadership on care quality and operations.
  • Monitor KPIs, coding, and documentation; contribute to financial and performance goals.
  • Support staff development through training, feedback, and peer learning.
  • Foster a positive, ethical clinic culture and resolve staff issues professionally.


Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Arizona PT license (or in progress)
  • Current CPR documentation
