About the Role Our established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Clinic Director – Physical Therapist to oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated care team. This role blends leadership, mentorship, and direct patient care—without the administrative and financial pressures of private practice ownership.

Schedule Three Days/Week: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Two Days/Week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM No weekends or on-call requirements Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $115,000 – $150,000+ annually (depending on experience) Bonus Potential: $30,000 – $60,000 annually (RVU-based) Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Aetna) 401(k) with 4% employer match (eligibility after 12 months) $750 annual CEU reimbursement Paid Time Off: 2 weeks vacation 5 sick days Paid company holidays Additional Perks: Ongoing leadership development and organizational support Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows Deliver high-quality physical therapy with a reduced patient caseload Mentor and develop clinical and administrative team members Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including RVUs, outcomes, and documentation accuracy Collaborate with regional leadership to align goals and implement quality initiatives Lead process improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards Ideal Candidate You are a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong clinical background and a passion for leadership.
