We are a passionate, patient-first outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated to bridging the gap in healthcare. Since opening in November 2022, our mission has been to deliver personalized care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more active lives. Our non-clinical owner is hands-on and deeply invested in fostering a collaborative, supportive clinic culture rooted in quality care and community engagement. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience to step into the role of Clinic Director . While prior leadership experience is not required, this position is ideal for a PT ready to grow into a leadership role with mentorship and support. This is a 100% outpatient setting focused on 1:1 patient care in 40 to 60-minute sessions . Treatment populations and specialties (orthopedic, neuro, balance, vestibular, etc.) are tailored based on therapist interest. Ages seen are typically 12+ , with the option to include pediatrics if desired. Compensation & Benefits Package: Up to $110,000 annual salary based on experience Quarterly Treatment Bonuses : 38–42 units/day: $1,000/quarter, 43–47 units/day: $1,500/quarter, 48+ units/day: $2,500/quarter 3 weeks PTO (15 days) 6 paid holidays Monthly health insurance stipend (up to $300) 401(k) with match up to 3% - Eligibility after 90 days (match starts after 6 months) Ownership & profit-sharing opportunities starting in year 2 Vision, Dental, Flexible Spending, and Dependent Care Accounts Critical Illness, Life, Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance Legal Shield, Identity Theft Protection, Hospital Indemnity, Pet Insurance TeleHealth 24/7, Virtual Primary Care Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional Development Unlimited Internal CEU courses $1,500 annual CEU reimbursement (with 1-year commitment) Internal certification tracks available in: Orthopedics (including OCS prep), Balance & Vestibular, and Pelvic Floor EMR System: WebPT Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans Diagnose and assess patient conditions and physical activity limitations Deliver hands-on therapy, education, and prescribe intervention exercises Track and measure patient progress and outcomes Supervise PTAs, PT Techs, and PT students Collaborate on clinic marketing, community outreach, and referral building Help shape the clinic's direction and growth through leadership and innovation Qualifications 2+ years of clinical experience Clear and active Physical Therapist license in Georgia Passion for personalized care and community engagement Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to participate in outreach and business development Why Join Us?
