Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We are a passionate, patient-first outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated to bridging the gap in healthcare. Since opening in November 2022, our mission has been to deliver personalized care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more active lives. Our non-clinical owner is hands-on and deeply invested in fostering a collaborative, supportive clinic culture rooted in quality care and community engagement. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience to step into the role of Clinic Director . While prior leadership experience is not required, this position is ideal for a PT ready to grow into a leadership role with mentorship and support. This is a 100% outpatient setting focused on 1:1 patient care in 40 to 60-minute sessions . Treatment populations and specialties (orthopedic, neuro, balance, vestibular, etc.) are tailored based on therapist interest. Ages seen are typically 12+ , with the option to include pediatrics if desired.
