Personal Care Aide

The Personal Care Aide position at Interim Healthcare in Overland Park, KS involves providing caregiving support for all activities of daily living based on individual care plans. Responsibilities include:

• Provide fall prevention assistance
• Assist with grooming
• Provide peri care
• Prepare meals
• Remind clients about medication
• Supervise clients with diabetes
• Assist with transfers
• Supervise clients during showers
• Use mechanical lifts when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship
• Accompany clients to appointments
• Assist with shopping and activities
• Take care of pets, if needed
• Document client notes

Must have at least 6 months of hands-on care experience OR completion of a CNA class
