Level I Trauma Center is seeking a Administrative Director of Pharmacy to join their team.

You must have Level I trauma and teaching hospital experience for consideration.

Doctorate degree in Pharmacy;

Texas License in Pharmacy; Masters degree is highly desired.

5 years experience as a Director/Regional Director or similar of an Inpatient Pharmacy in a hospital setting, experience with large, similar sized facility (500+ bed, teaching hospital).

Experience leading multiple teams in a hospital environment is required, includes clinical specialists.

Having experience in an academic medical center is essential for this role.

Experience with strategic planning, quality improvement and cost savings initiatives.
