Qualified Candidates: • Must be board certified in their specialty by any American Board • Prior experience as an Associate Program Director or Designated Core Faculty member in an ACGME accredited residency program preferred • Candidates with recent scholarly activities • Have previous leadership or administrative experience • Must maintain clinical activity alongside program director responsibilities • Have strong administrative and team building skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Transitional Year Residency Program has a full complement of 13 residents
Incentive/Benefits Package: • The FTE value for the Program Director administrative time is 40-48 hours/week • This leadership position includes a mix of administrative and clinical responsibilities • Employment / Contract model available is contingent upon clinical specialty of selected candidate
