The Managing Director will serve as a strategic partner to private equity clients and portfolio company leadership, leading high-impact engagements focused on liquidity, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Lead initiatives in Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization , Strategic Analytics & Planning , and Performance Measurement & Management to drive measurable impact. Diagnose key business challenges, forecast liquidity needs, and identify inefficiencies in financial/accounting processes and organizational design. Ensure findings and opportunities are clearly communicated and aligned with client expectations. Oversee project management and implementation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approaches are logical and achievable. Develop and execute plans to optimize working capital, improve transparency, and instill a liquidity-focused culture. Identify risks early, create contingency plans, and maintain proactive communication with clients. Drive business development efforts by cultivating relationships with private equity firms, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the firm's client base.
