A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to supporting students across multiple sites in Sonoma and Marin counties, California. This contract position is based in Vallejo, CA, and offers the chance to work closely with students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade.
The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 24 to 28 students, providing comprehensive speech-language services tailored to each student's needs. In addition to direct therapeutic support, there is a significant case management component to ensure coordinated care and progress tracking.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering individualized speech-language therapy to students TK-12
* Conducting evaluations and assessments
* Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation
* Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
* Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
Desired qualifications and experience:
* Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification and licensure appropriate for school settings
* Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
* Experience in pediatrics and healthcare settings strongly preferred
* Strong case management and organizational skills
* Ability to work across multiple school sites within Sonoma and Marin counties
