Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide support to students across multiple school sites in Sonoma and Marin counties. Serving a caseload of 24-28 students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade, this role involves both delivering direct speech-language services and managing cases to ensure comprehensive support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to students TK-12th grade, addressing individual communication needs.
• Complete case management duties, including assessment, documentation, and progress monitoring for each student.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district guidelines.
• Travel between multiple sites within Sonoma and Marin counties to effectively serve assigned caseload.

Qualifications:

• Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP - School, SLP-CFY, or CCC-SLP).
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school or healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of speech-language assessment, intervention, and case management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility and reliability to travel between multiple school sites.

Location: Vacaville, CA, with work performed across various school sites in Sonoma and Marin counties.
