Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. R.N. licensure in New Mexico State required. BLS, NRP, and PALS or ENPC certifications are necessary. National certification in the area of expertise is also required. Requirements: A strong understanding of clinical practices and leadership skills. Previous management experience, including facilitating interdisciplinary team collaboration.
