Join Our Team as an Assistant Clinical Director in Harker Heights, TX!
Therapeds Work, an H2 Health Company, is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist to step into a leadership role as an Assistant Clinical Director at our pediatric clinic in Harker Heights, TX. As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of dedicated pediatric therapists while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will ensure the highest quality of therapy services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and foster an engaging and positive clinic culture.

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient care and team performance.
Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients, specializing in PT, OT, or SLP interventions.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
Active or eligible PT, OT, or SLP license in Texas.

Leadership experience preferred but not required-experienced clinicians ready to step into leadership are welcome!
Strong passion for pediatrics and a desire to make a lasting impact on children's lives.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a collaborative clinic environment.
