Your Day at Lowe's
Each day, your responsibilities will involve keeping shelves stocked and backrooms organized. You'll unload freight, move products to the sales floor, and maintain a clean and safe work area. You'll also assist customers in locating or loading products. Most shifts require high activity, and scheduling will accommodate the store's requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers and responding to inquiries.
Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following procedures related to hazardous materials and equipment operation.
Operate store equipment, including scanners and other necessary tools.
Contribute as a team player by completing additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of the educational requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
3 months experience operating forklifts or powered equipment including lifts and order pickers.
6 months experience in warehouse inventory management and stocking.

Travel Requirements
This role typically does not involve regular travel but may require occasional travel for meetings, training sessions, or support of nearby stores.
Working Conditions

Lifting methods may vary based on the item’s weight and volume, with guidelines limiting single lifts to 75 pounds and team lifts for larger items. Use powered equipment as required, following proper training and protocols.
