What We're Looking For: We are specifically looking for someone who is available to work 2–3 shifts per week , with evening availability (4 PM–9 PM on weekdays) being a must. This role also includes one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) , which may be during the day or evening.

Hours: Spring: 12–20 hours/week. Summer: 10–15 hours/week. Store is closed on all major holidays. Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.

Job Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone. Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment. Learn and maintain knowledge of our current product selection. Suggest new products or offerings based on customer needs. Operate the cash register and assist with transactions. Stock and price merchandise. Pull transfer items and assist in inventory management. Support our HitTrax performance center. Maintain clean and appealing merchandising displays.

Qualifications: Friendly, outgoing personality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
