Warehouse Associate

Location: Perris, CA | Job Type: Part Time | Pay: $20.50 per hour | $2 shift differential for hours worked between 6:00PM and 6:00AM

Shift: Sat, Sun, Mon 6:00AM-2:30PM | Sat, Sun, Mon 3:00PM-11:30PM

As a Warehouse Associate at Wayfair, you are the engine of our logistics network, directly responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and in perfect condition. We move large volumes of product, from small parcels to full-size furniture, and rely on your focus on speed, safety, and attention to detail to keep our supply chain moving.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you'll be cross-trained across various fulfillment functions, giving you diverse experience in every step of the processfrom inbound receipt to preparing final-mile deliveries.

This role requires a team player who is willing to move between departments (such as Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns) based on operational needs. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following core functions:

Handling & Movement: Safely load, unload, and move large and small furniture orders and inventory of various sizes. This will involve manually lifting items 75+ lbs. unassisted and maneuvering/team lifting products up to 150 lbs.
