Your Day at Lowe's Your daily tasks will include keeping shelves stocked and backrooms organized by unloading freight, moving products to the sales floor, and maintaining a clean workspace suitable for customer needs. You will also assist customers in locating or loading products. Expect a physically active shift that may be scheduled for morning, evening, or overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during their projects. Stock merchandise efficiently by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets. Verify deliveries and support operations with dock preparation, while using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to proper procedures for hazardous materials and equipment. Operate various store equipment, including scanners and balers, as required. Contribute as a team player to complete additional assigned tasks. Additional Responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores include: Utilize the Orders App for picking and staging Flatbed Delivery orders. Load delivery orders while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices. Manage order rotations by delivery dates and address customer order concerns. Communicate proactively with customers to guarantee delivery satisfaction. Adhere to Delivery Readiness best practices. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of educational requirements. Preferred Qualifications 3 months of experience operating forklifts or similar equipment. 6 months of experience in a warehouse handling inventory and stocking.
