Here, you will be working with a range of presentations including anxiety, OCD, school avoidance, phobias, ARFID, selective mutism, BFRBs, and more—helping kids build skills that actually manifest into real life.
Role Description
We are hiring both:
• Fully Licensed Clinicians (PsyD/PhD, LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Ideal for refining and deepening your specialty.
Expectation - 16 Client Hours per week.
• Associate Clinician Training Track (pre-licensed, 15-24 months)
A place to form strong clinical foundations

This is a part-time position based in Portland, OR. The Child & Teen Clinician will provide in person therapy to children, teens, and their families, specializing in anxiety and OCD treatment using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, documenting client progress, and collaborating with parents and other caregivers. Clinicians may also participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing learning opportunities to enhance their expertise.
Qualifications
Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families, ideally specializing in anxiety and OCD treatment
Keen knowledge of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or exposure-based interventions
Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
License as a mental health practitioner in the state of Oregon or eligibility for licensure
Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to suit individual client needs
Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for children and families from diverse backgrounds
Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
Desired - Specialized training & experience treating anxiety disorders/OCD

**Hourly Compensation** $50-70/hour (based on experience)
