Overview Pacific NW Regional Sales Director (Life & Related Products) at NFP, an Aon company. This role is an independent contributor position responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with brokers, producer groups, and national accounts within the Pacific Northwest region. Responsibilities Implement key account strategies and processes with all accounts, including Gold Sheet, action plans, and strategic marketing plans. Develop existing broker/account relationships and recruit new broker/accounts. Regularly communicate account status to the DBS team, especially during onboarding. Continued development of industry, concept, carrier, and product knowledge. Contribute to the overall success and profitability of the agency. Meet or exceed acquired and assigned account production goals. Maintain ongoing communication with DBS and ensure timely, pertinent updates. Qualifications Past sales and relationship management experience in the life insurance industry required. FINRA: Series 6 or 7, or 63 is required. College degree or other higher education preferred. Life and Health License preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Leadership, organizational skills, communication, travel ability, budgeting, and customer focus. Team-oriented with the ability to work in diverse groups and travel within the region (approximately 50% best guess per role). Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM); Concur or related expense management tools. Ability to learn new systems quickly and communicate professionally. Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commissions. Base salary range listed is $60,000-$75,000 with potential for performance-based incentives. Note: The base salary offered is determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope of position, and geographic location.
