Overnight Stock Position

This is a full time 40 hour a week overnight stock position. Looking for someone to join our team M-F and every other weekend 10pm-6am. Responsible for performing stock crew duties according to department standards and procedures.

Managing inventory and keeping over-stock products organized.

Rotating product on shelf.

Stocking shelves, merchandising products per managements' requests.

Work cooperatively with other departments and overall store management as needed.

Maintain an organized and clean work area.

Hang weekly sales signage.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Must have excellent communication skills including reading, speaking and writing the English language.

Must be able to work independently and as a team.

Solid problem solving skills and decision making capabilities

Must be skilled in basic math.

Must be able to work overnights, weekends and holidays.

Must be willing to learn the characteristics and qualities of the products and services Mackenthun's offers.

Perform all duties in a manner that safeguards company property, resources and image.

Physical Demands:

Constant standing, walking, hearing and seeing for long periods of time.

Frequent bending at the waist, reaching with hands and arms, above shoulders/below waist, crouching, stooping, kneeling.

Occasional climbing stairs, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 2750 lbs with use of pallet jack.

Position requires close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and color vision.

Equipment Used:

Box cutter, pallet jack, fork lift (must pass training before use), compactor, step stools, shovel, broom, mop, computer and ordering equipment.

Work Environment:

Indoors, hot and cold temperatures.

Smoke-free facility in a team oriented, multifaceted and fast-paced environment.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
