Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following: 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume full-service dining establishment Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to assess talent, build effective teams, and grow talent Has a strong track record of excellence in operations, service, and cleanliness Be an external representative for the company See the big picture and provide actions, solutions, and systems, to improve and maintain company operating standards Must be able to collaborate and work with the team both up and down the ladder.
