As a Delivery Lead for o9 Solutions within Accenture's Supply Chain and Operations (SC&O), you will play a crucial role in delivering end-to-end implementations encompassing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning. Your expertise will help us develop and grow our SC&O Planning business for the o9 Solutions platform. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate: Engage effectively with cross-functional teams including clients, o9, and Accenture. Handle Ambiguity: Navigate through uncertainty with confidence, guiding discussions toward decisive outcomes. Demonstrate Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of supply chain processes and technology to develop innovative solutions. Act as a Change Agent: Lead organizational change, ensuring teams align and adapt to new processes and technologies. Influence Outcomes: Tackle complex challenges by promoting best practices in processes, people, and technology. Lead Project Phases: Manage functional and integration teams through all phases from Blueprint to Hypercare. Data Integration Architecture: Lead workshops to establish data mapping and integration with ERP systems. Guidance on System Design: Provide architectural guidance to support the effective implementation of planning functions on the o9 platform. Requirements: 12+ years in Supply Chain Planning. 5+ years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions or similar planning solutions. 5+ years of integrating o9 with ERPs like SAP or Oracle. Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree can be considered with less experience. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of supply chain master and transactional data. Experience with o9 integration and platform architecture. Evidence of leading o9 implementations as Functional Lead or Solution Architect. In-depth knowledge of diverse Supply Chain Planning datasets. Proven ability to foster teamwork and creativity in problem-solving.
