Position: Nursing Assistant Director, RN Your Responsibilities: As the Nursing Assistant Director, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to establish and reach clinical goals that align with our mission. Your leadership will enhance our care standards, promote resident wellness, and enrich the culture of our facility. The Nursing Assistant Director will facilitate the care delivery model and oversee the daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance, coordinating care, and promoting satisfaction for both residents and their families. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume all duties and responsibilities of that position. Manage nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of nurses and healthcare staff. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and protocols. Work with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident care. Act as the operational link between nursing units and the Director of Nursing. Ensure the delivery of outstanding care to our residents. Engage in quality assurance monitoring and regulatory compliance. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care. Dedication to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery. Visionary mindset focused on innovation and quality improvement. Compassionate approach to patient care, especially for the elderly and chronically ill. Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Experience in a nursing leadership role within a Long-Term Care or similar environment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
