Primary Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff focusing on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and best nursing practices. Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess the standards of care provided by nursing staff. Identify educational needs through performance assessments and collaborate with nursing leadership to address these needs. Provide ongoing training and support to nursing staff to enhance their clinical competencies. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations affecting nursing practice. Analyze data related to quality metrics and work with the quality assurance team to develop action plans for improvement. Create and maintain educational materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules. Stay current with healthcare regulations, best practices, and industry trends to ensure educational content is relevant and impactful. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, active PA license in good standing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master's degree in Nursing or Education is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a quality assurance or educator role. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality assurance processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. CPR certified. Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
