Responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight. Provides leadership in developing and implementing nursing practices that ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to foster an environment that promotes professional development, nursing excellence, and continuous improvement.
Reports to the COO 59 bed ED plus FSED 40-45k annual ER visits 1 Manager reporting to the Director Interim Director currently in place
Qualifications: BSN required, Master's degree preferred Seven (7) plus years of direct experience required 3-5 years of previous leadership experience required Need experience in a large ED
