19 Bed Unit, FTEs: 65, 1 Manager & Current Director is There Until the End of September

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing or BSN with MBA, MHA or other related healthcare degree. National Nursing Leadership Certification is required within one year of accepting the role or by a signed commitment letter. Preferred Education: MSN Required License: RN & BLS 5+ years of experience in critical care. 3+ years of progressive leadership. Computer skills include word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and Intranet software, e-mail. Preferred Experience: Five years of progressive leadership experience Director will oversee the CVICU and CVPC units and they are requiring candidates to have extensive CV background to be considered.
