Nurse Aide Training Program Director (RN)

The Nurse Aide Training Program Director (RN) will be responsible for managing the Nurse Aide Training program within our Skilled Nursing organization. The Program Director will ensure that the training program adheres to the established curriculum and program standards as determined by the State of South Dakota.
Key responsibilities encompass planning, instructing, and assessing course participants both in the classroom and during clinical skills evaluations, ultimately leading to the successful completion of the program. The instructor will deliver a high-quality program that complies with state regulations and standards, while also fulfilling the expectations of the course participants. The Program Director will ensure that clinical environments and skills lab instructors satisfy program requirements, as well as oversee the completion and maintenance of proper documentation.
Requirements:
Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the state of South Dakota; Minimum of two (2) years RN experience; At least one (1) year RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility; Experience instructing adult students required or must have completed a training course on adult instruction; Travel throughout the state of South Dakota to other clinical sites, as needed
