Coordinate staff schedules and support team leadership.

Oversee staff development, program execution, and performance evaluations.

Monitor quality assurance and assess operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Recommend and implement process improvements.

Facilitate communication between clinic staff and other Health Department functions to improve service delivery.

Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, to ensure patient wellness and continuity of care.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.

Florida licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is highly preferred.

7 years of experience in a healthcare facility or community health setting, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.

Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
