Overview Impact Gymnastics Academy is growing and we need an in-house NinjaZone Program Director. We have expanded our facility to over 24,000 square feet with a brand new NGS 45 foot, two bay, fully equipped Ninja Rig. This position is a five day, 40 hour per week role. Responsibilities Coach, lead, and implement our NinjaZone program and goals. Lead our Ninjas and Ninja coaches and contribute to program development and growth. Qualifications & Requirements Passion for movement, fitness, and working with kids. Ability to be part of an exciting and growing sport and program. Demonstrated responsibility, dependability, lifelong learning, creativity, positivity, teamwork, and love for working with children. Location familiarity: 12th Street and Northern / North Central Phoenix. Compensation is competitive and based on experience; 401k offered after 6 months.
